I don’t think so. You could always use geocities, and post the link though, and I think I saw a thread around here somewhere, maybe in news and chat regarding web hosting.

You don’t need a website, you just have to upload the pictures somewhere, then you link them here:
Unless you use Geocities, they don’t allow direct linking. SAnd I think that neither does Lycos.
