povanim an textur

Hi i´m new to blender and povanim. I ask myself how can i use povanim to change e.g. the color of an object or if i use an image for textur i won´t be exportet. I don´t see how all the buttons work in the gui. I saw no change.
So why exist all theses buttons? Or have i export the objects and then maipulate the *.inc file with the materials by myself?
And allways i get an output file in tga format can i change that because i´ll prefer jpg or png.
And i can´t call the main file by povray i get allways an error can´t find the mesh inc files because there´nt in the include folder.

I check out the homepage but i found any solutions.

I knew thats a lot of questions.

you can’t (for the momentt) use the blender’s material interface:

You can’t (for the moment) all the imgs are exported because
all the images can be used for a bump_map.

TGA is the original standard file output type for povray.
but you can edit the povanim/iniyourexportedfile.ini and
change the line:

 Output_File_Name=yoursdisk:\yourdir\povanim\mainyourexported.tga

to

 
Output_File_Name=yoursdisk:\yourdir\povanim\mainyourexported.png

and the line:

 
Output_File_Type=t 

to

 
Output_File_Type=n

Sorry never heard about a povray version which can export jpeg file.
