The model needs more subsurf (it’s especially noticeable at the bottom of her left breast, but other parts show it). Also, there is something weird about the nail area of the her left index finger. Probably a bit less contrast so her hand doesn’t mix with the background.

Did you really re-render it? I still see the same issues, except that you blurred her right breast (our left) to hide the polygonal edges.
