After I used box cutter its impossible for me to select edges, faces and vertices to do bevel, … in edit mode.

Have you applied the boolean modifiers for the cutters?
I didn’t applied them thinking if I want to modify later on. If I apply the modifier that means I have to do re-do all the process. Isn’t it possible to do the bevel, insert on the face without applying the box cutter (boolean modifier)?
I don’t know your workflow but can you use Bevel modifier before the boolean? If you can’t because you need to bevel the new created geometry you have to apply the boolean, no choice. Make a backup copy of the object first and go,
