Problem with armature between 2.5 alpha and beta

I was working along well with the 2.5 Alpha version of blender all animation working well. I download the newer Beta version and my mesh for my main character is all deformed and streched out of shape. Has anyone run into this problem and if so do you know how to fix it?

Never Mind
Fixed the problem, with the newier version you can not delete the Armature Modifier from the mesh you just have to turn off the Realtime Display the Eye Symbol on the Modifier.
