Problem with baked action in 2.37

I am doing an animation of a character,
the character action consists of action constraint and normal bone rotation.

What i see on the screen when i play the animation is nice
but when i bake the action, the bone will offset or defect from what i see on the screen previously.

I have saw a person who have this problem previously on the forum (but the thread was last year, and the solution file has been removed)

May i know anyone expert here know wats the problem?

Try going into edit mode with all bones selected and use Ctrl-N before Baking.

%<

i have tried that, but still doenst work ,

here is the image for first frame before i baked it

here is the deformed image after i baked it

Can anyone tell me why?

I read somewhere recently that just jumping in and out of edit mode afterwards might fix the messed up mesh. I can’t find the reference though.

that method doesnt have any effect to me, in addition to what i said,

i have action constraint in my bone . does that have anything to do with the bone baking?
