Problem with bones, weight paint and cycles

Hi,

I´m new with blender and guess I made some stupid mistakes. I used a huge amount of time to get a human body move correctly with bones and weightpaint. The result was very realistic. However I decided to do the skin materials in cycles, again with a very good result.
I was very happy untill I started to make animation and found out that the weightpaint information I made did not work in cycles. Did I make a mistalke somewhere? What can I do?

Post a link to your .blend file. There is nothing about cycles that would cause a weight painted mesh, parented to an armature, to no longer work as it did in BI.
