Problem with creating atmosphere in landscape scene

I’m working on landscape scene. Trees in the distance make a plane with a texture with alpha transparency. Simulate the atmosphere with compositing nodes, but there is a problem with z-depth and alpha transparency textures. The picture shows that the trees in the distance with artifacts.

Are you using osa or fsa? Not sure but experimenting with fsa could clear this up.

I was referring to the artifacts on objects with alpha transparent textures, alpha after postprocessing nodes is not entirely clear. I used 16 fsa, the problem persists.
