problem with fluid simulation

my wife had been doing a simulation like this

i believe its 200 or 250 resolution , world size 5m (10 was tested too), and the character is animated using armature, now subdivision of water is 0 because higher values were producing terribly looking splashes, this looks more realistio but the fluid behaviour on the model is totally unacceptable, do you have any hints what could be the problem ?

the fluid doesnt fit right to the model there is a big gap between actual model and fluid.

I’m having the same problem, any ideas people?

Hi,

Increase the domain resolution. You’re simulating quite a large body of water, so expect it to take a while to calculate and for it to use a lot of memory.

I increased it from 100 to 200, not much difference there.
