Problem with installing blender 2.60a (2.63) on windows Xp sp3

Hello every one
I used blender older versions in my windows xp3 with out any problem.
But now in this case after installing 2.60a version when I want to run the blender this error shown:

the application failed to intialize properly(0xc0150002).click on ok to terminate the application

for solving this problem I setup many softwares like :
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft
python 3.3.2
even I reinstall my windows!!
but my problem still exist and annoy me!!

The blender.org download page asks for the 2008 version ? Have you tried installing that ?

thanks from your suggestion but after installing 2008 version again this error pop up:

any other help r suggestion ?
