Ive been trying to solve this problem my self for so long I dont even remember how It ocurd in the first place. I think it first appeared when I applied a subdivision surface to my whale. But now the shadow is visible even without the subs. Anny idea how to solve it?

This looks like internal faces,you could try going into wireframe view to delete them.
