Hello, I’ve recently been creating a bust to animate but I’m having issues. I recently learned how to make a normal map for retopologizing and I baked the high detail to a low poly mesh. Now I want to add shapekeys but every time I try all the details from the texture(normal map) disappear and all I see is the low poly mesh. Please help me out this is my first time doing this, I must be doing something wrong. Thanks!
did you bake to ‘tangeant’ or one of the other options? for instance, if you baked to ‘camera’, use of shapekeys, or basically any change from the original static scene, can cause it not to work properly.
I did bake to tangent, I actually did it twice just to make sure and it still did the same thing
