I have problem with pan in 3D view. This problem occurs only in one of my projects. In other projects pan is working.
But in this one, pan is totally locked in 3D view, but in 2D views is working.
Rotation and zoom is working properly in all views.
I have checked all Properties and found nothing strange. I have tried with “Load factory settings” and it is the same.
Found it. It was because of 3D Navigation Add-On.
There is an option “View to object”. If you select object into that box, pan will stay locked.
