Problem with pistons

im working on a mechanical spider. i have the first leg working perfectly, but when i duplicate it and rotate it for the next leg, the pistons rotate away from the body, like this:

does anybody know how to stop this?

Parenting and tracking interaction is very tricky,

Try to play with ‘PowerTrack’ button

try to use constraint track and not regular track

try to keep al z axis of all items upward
