I’ve modified my mesh - I’ve deleted some faces and then I’ve maked some new faces. The new faces have no texture, when I select all faces and make UV Calculation the coordinates are changing, but the new faces are black, when I change vertex colour to white they are purple and
have no texture. How to assign texture to whole mesh?

as for your problem, go to the material buttons and use the rgb sliders to set the colour to white (all three all the way to the left). this will make the object white in shaded mode.
Then, go into face mode and select all the faces. go to the paint buttins (no hotkey for it, but press the button with a paintbrush on it, in between the button for the world settins and radiosity settings) and put the rgb sliders to white again. Then press the ‘set vertcol’ button. this will make the faces white. It will also make the object white in potato-mode (alt-z)…
