Problems Cutting controls from Wings

Hi

I am trying to model a plane from basic shapes using a Sub-Division Surface Modifier, see below:


But every time I try to cut out the ailerons or rudders, I get a large radius in the inside corner, no matter how close I put additional Edge-Loops to stop this - any pointers as to what I am doing wrong would be gratefully received.

Can we see the blend file? You should be able to square those edges with control loops no problem.

Solved it - I wasn’t putting my edge loops in the right place, to cover the inside surface, D-oh, etc.

Just a Newbie mistake!

Couple of early renders with the control surfaces in place, now all operational as is the undercarriage.
