Problems to run Blender in Windows 98

I have this error when I try to run Blender in Windows 98, what’s matter?

I had problems with Blender and Windows 98. It was the latest NVIDIA (detonator) video card drivers which I installed that was causing the problem. I removed it and re-installed the original nvidia video card drivers and have had no problems since. Aside from that, I really don’t know what else because I had blender on my other computer also with windows 98 for years with another type of video card, and I never had any problems.
