Problems with Blender 64bit install

Hi, can anyone help me with this. I have installed blender twice and have the same problem. I am missing menus and buttons from the screen as you can see below. Has anyone come across this problem before? I am using Windows 7 on a 64bit machine. It is the 64bit version of blender. I would really appreciate any advice with this.

I’ don know what is but seems like a video card driver issue, try to update your video card driver;)

I can’t see yor images but if you are missing buttons then probably a permissions issue. Run blender as an administrator. If you installed onto an external drive try installing on the C drive.
