Problems with blender

i am not sure how to explain this but when i click render. it will not render higher then 10 passes(in cycles). i tried factory resetting and changing my version of blender.

i never had any problem like this in cycles befor i am sure it must be some silly option turn on that screwing it up xD.

any help would be great : )

nvm i found a way around it just copy the file set up in to new blender i guess one of my camara setting was screwing it up x.x
