Problems with materials showing up in render

I am barely into making a model of an iPod (I have also been using Blender for only 5 days), but I wanted to see how it would look in a rendering. I selected different parts and assigned different materials. I have attatched a wireframe screenshot, solid mode screenshot, a wireframe model of the separated version and a rendering below. I have separated this object by material, but the rendering still looks the same. Any thoughts on how I can make this show up. (Note: The screen has ray transparency set and the fresnel set to 5. The body is just colored a dark gray). Any thoughts?
