I’ve been doing a bit of practice with Blender and have accidentally caused a strange circle to appear whenever I grab/rotate/resize objects. Not much happens when I rotate or resize in relation to this, but if I have an object in the circles radius while moving another object, it seems to follow a similar movement. For instance, I’m trying to move object B somewhere. If object A is around halfway into this circle, it will stay halfway between object B and where object A was before the move was executed.

It’s putting a dent in my progress so if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like proportional editing is enabled.

Using the scrolling wheel will change the radius of the circle, thus effecting the deformation of the mesh.

The hotkey is ‘O’. You probably pressed it by accident.
