Hello,
I recently finished a big project on Geometry Nodes. This Modifier Setup allows you to create a realistic building and simulate its destruction.
Examples of scenes with created houses:
Blender version: 4.2
Render Engine for scenes: Cycles
The project is created almost entirely on Geometry Nodes, except for a few ready-made elements.
With this Modifier Setup, buildings are generated by extruding, assigning colors to faces to indicate the location of certain elements, and adjusting the settings.
Colors allow you to specify the placement of elements such as windows, doors, and chimneys. But there is also a setting for random distribution and type of some elements. You can easily and quickly create more complex structures like the Porch and Awning by simply assigning a specific color to the block.
You have the ability to add destruction to buildings of 3 different Damage Types which will allow you to adjust the damage from light chips to completely destroyed houses. You can use them separately as well as use different combinations of them. Random Damage allows you to give the house “a slight antiquity” and “destruction over time”. Vertical Damage will allow you to destroy the house starting from the roof to floor. The 3rd type of destruction is Proximity Damage where you have the ability to use the Empty object (up to 3). With it you can control the damage and assign it locally where you need it.
I plan to develop this product in the future, including adding other types of houses.

I want to thank @Sozap for sharing the process of creating his house on Geometry Nodes. It was very helpful.
