Procedural texture for rough plastic

I finished modelling this Speedlink Joystick. I am new to Blender and for this rough plastic (base and joystick head) I tried to imitate this effect with nodes but without success. At the end I used image texture :confused:

Anyone here more experienced that could give me advice how could I have done it without image texture? If that is even possible…

Plenty of noise textures in cycles to emulate that, but care would need to be taken to construct a good coordinate vectors for it.

I did tried with noise texture but I couldn’t achieve this look :frowning:

Probably because your input coordinates were not great, but also because you weren’t scaling it right.
