Procedural texture not moving with object

Hello everyone!

I’ve been working with procedural texturing recently, and I’ve come across working with triplanar textures; see here.

However, my problem is now that when I rotate the object, my texture doesn’t follow. There’s a close answer on that same post, however I’m having trouble integrating it into my project. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

What if you simply:


You’re using the Position in the Geometry node, which is the position in the world, so that’s what’s giving you this swimming effect. Instead try using the Object from the Texture Coordinates node to refer to coordinates in the object space, or you could use UV that should work as well depending on how you set it up.
