I want my character to have a grapling moves. What I mean is I want to make my character wretle or lift things. How do I do it?
I believe you could use a constraint (copy location / track to) in the game engine for the object that will be lifted. Hmm, you might have to use simple python stuff.
Most of the older generation video games do it this way. When a fighting move is activated, the 2 characters play the corresponding animations that was already animated, and then it goes back to normal mode.
You can set it up with varying combinations of animations, etc. The newer generation of video games probably have this done in a more complex way. :spin:Think how complex the new Indiana Jones will be (complete battle system with AI, without preanimated actions).
