I want to project shapes vertically on meshes.
I would like to use Microstation (something like AutoCAD) but it does not seem to work for me.
The number of shapes is like a thousand and the meshes are about 100.000
Is it possible in Blender?

you mean project a texture on to a mesh, or project one mesh on to the other?
look up ShrinkWrap Modifier on youtube, that may be what you want.
100 000 is too much I think
you might have to split your file in several parts
also why do you want to project things ?
are the original file in 3 d or 2 D ?
can you export to another format like OBJ or Steps ?
