I have a problem with proportional falloff.
The problem is I can not seem to change the radius of the effect.
I have tried the mouse wheel and page up/page down but neither work.
Hmmm… When are trying to change the radius? You can only change it while you’re transforming something (moving, rotating, scaling), and its effect is made odd by some pivot point options. For best results, I’d recommend Median Point.
The range will be indicated by a circle surrounding whatever you’re working on, and should scale up or down with the mouse-wheel.

The problem was the circle would not change it’s radius.
It is now fixed though(I don’t know why).
