Protect your health

Well I can lower the amount to 200 grams to avoid you having any problem in understand my point.

Aspartame: Headaches, Muscle spasms, Joint pain, Ringing in the ears, Fatigue, Numbness, (these are the most common you probably know people that has them and drink or eat food that have aspartame).

Margarin (“plastic food”): (I suppose smor is butter and the one in the middle is “low in fat butter”).

In some countries some companies know how to connect with awakened people: (I didn’t checked the label on that drink but I am sure they are not putting artificial sweeteners and are trying to wake up people to what the others are doing, then let Law of Attraction do the job)

Perhaps is time to change the 1kg or 200 gr for: “put it in the ground and let the ants decide”. Then the paid “scientist” can explain what is happening.

The Creative/Art Director explains the advertising:

My point of view: Sugar is also a little “bad” (because the refinement process) (but of course much better than the artificial sweeteners that are just poisons). The better would be for the drink to use stevia (natural plant sweetener) or Agave. You can see some products with moral people behind them are using such, these products will be the only to survive soon as people awareness grows and grows. It is unstoppable.

You can pee on the margerine and they might take it:

According to your Aspartame pictures, I should be a living health wreck and possibly close to death by now because of all the diet soda I’ve drunk for a number of years now, but I’ve been feeling just fine and rarely get ill with something other than colds.

Though I’ve heard that some people may have worse reactions to the substance than others, so it’s plausible that some have had serious ill effects, so it would probably be good to find a better sweetener.

Also, I don’t know why you would call margarine ‘plastic food’ since it does taste like butter and has actually been around longer than plastics.

Take 200 gr. until you are convinced. But I don’t recommend it (imagine you die and then they read I recommended it to you and put me in jail and such: Man, don’t do it. Don’t eat 200 gr of aspartame, are you mad or what??? Just DON’T DO IT !!! That will kill you Ace !

Kind of reminds of the locals here -

Warning - Tsunami. Avoid Beaches.

Ok - so what do locals do ? They go to the beach to witness the tsunami.

lol.

Bao2: Even 200g of most pure compounds would probably cause some toxic effects. You don’t seem to understand that something can perfectly safe in small amounts, but not so healthy in larger amounts.

Well, Knowledge protects. Then everyone can decide what they want.

So you’re now letting ants decide for you what to eat? Of course ants aren’t after artificial sweetener that has no nutritional value to them.

The aspartame hysteria isn’t based on knowledge, it’s based on hearsay and flawed experiments. Few substances have been controlled as well as aspartame, specifically because of the hysteria, and it is considered safe for human consumption.
There are many more substances known to be hazardous, many occuring naturally or during food preparation, which are approved (at certain levels) for human consumption. Then, there are a lot of substance which may or may not be hazardous at unknown levels, but we don’t know yet. If you conciously avoided all these things in your diet, you might as well stop eating altogether.

For sure. All hat and no cattle make some.

Well, this is your webthen.
Law of Atraction. You think something is good, you will find a web where it says how good it is. Just don’t pay attention to the warnings and you will be fine (until your body is full of poison of course and dies at 50 or so).

I wonder why is prohibited in Iceland and Canada.

Having lived through aspartame hell, I’d say that it is not safe for all humans to consume. If you consume it regularly and suffer no ill effects, then congratulations. However, I did suffer ill effects to the extreme. I, too, called BS when people tried to tell me it was harmful-- and so consumed it regularly for about five or six years. At the end of six years I was almost blind-- and suffering temporary blindness occasionally, getting about 12 hours of sleep a WEEK, suffering about a half dozen of the other minor symptoms of aspartame poisoning-- yes, poisoning, as that is exactly what this is-- and wondering what’s wrong with me because I didn’t use to be like this. I had an occasion to look at the adverse affects of aspartame, and did so. Having about a good half-dozen or so of the symptoms-- which first manifested themselves when I started consuming it, I decided to quit cold turkey. I was sleeping better within a couple of weeks-- it takes some time to leave your system, and had noticeably better vision within a month. The other minor symptoms all disappeared within that time period. My vision didn’t clear totally for another six months.

Since that time, I’ve advised one person to stop consuming aspartame, as she was experiencing moderate-to-severe symptoms. Three others who know me, and my story, stopped consuming shortly after starting, as they started to experience the early signs that I ignored.

What were you doing? Drinking nothing but Diet Coke?

I hate the headaches I get due to caffeine withdrawal, so I avoid soda and coffee completely. I’ve never had an issue with aspartame though. Unless you’re really lacking self-control and drinking it like some kind of addict, you’re probably a lot more likely to choke to death drinking a Coke than ever be poisoned by it.

How do you know all this was the result of aspartame? Most of the supposed aspartame-related symptoms are completely vague and could be caused by pretty much anything, like stress. (It’s really the same for most other conspiracy-theory-related symptoms such as chemtrails or alien mind control)

Having (apparently temporary) problems with your vision clearly is a significant factor for stress. If it took a whole six months for your vision to return to normal, that’s another sign that it’s probably not related. Having however identified the supposed cause in aspartame, your stress level will have been reduced. It’s also not unusual for symptoms with a physical cause to trigger a slew of psychosomatic symptoms.

What I’m missing in your story is the opinion of a trained physician, who I must assume you did not visit? In any case, such anecdotes cannot serve as evidence of the dangers of aspartame. Maybe it was just a coincidence and the real reason for your betterment was that they turned off that damned alien mind ray device in your neighbourhood.

EDIT: Here’s an examination of an example of hearsay that might have triggered you associating your vision problems with aspartame consumption.

I don’t think aspartame is good. I don’t care whether people consume it, or not. I don’t know for certain whether it is safe to consume.

However, I care about sufficient evidence to justify health warnings and regulation. Your argument works the other way around, too: If you believe aspartame is bad, you will find people that agree with you.

I wonder why is prohibited in Iceland and Canada.

It isn’t.
