Proxy Armature to Local Armature

I will change proxy armature to local armature.

I try …
1.Select proxy armature.
2.Run [make local]-[Selected Objects and Data]

But ARMATURE is PROXY.
in outliner
-ArmatureObject
|-Animation
|-proxyobject *1
|-Armature
|-Pose

*1 : How can I delete it? GUI or script.
