Putting 3d models into real camera footage

I do vfx for my youtube channel with blender. I need to get a model into a shot without motion tracking or a green screen sorta thing in the back of my scene. I need all the reflections to be correct and if possible with cycles, have the camera footage reflect on the glossy shaders. Any ideas?

A CG model doesnt require green screen but anything that would pass in front of the model might, so that you can mask easily around that part. Motion tracking isnt required if the camera doesnt move. Reflections from the environment only occur on the model if you capture the surroundings from the shoot and apply them in the scene that the model exits. Check this cool tut for tips on that aspect: http://www.blenderguru.com/videos/how-to-create-a-professional-logo-animation/

I’m not good with compositing and stuff so I’m wondering how to put the scene on top of some footage

It’s a very… Rough process. It involves a lot of nodes and a good lighting know how. But basically you will need to make it so that the sky is an Alpha transparency, you can do this in the render options menu, and use the alpha over node from the color nodes selection to aphla the object over your footage.
