Putting a label on UV with multiples - edges are stretched

I have this problem (see image)
How do I get rid of the stretching/streaking? Changing “Repeat” to “Clip” don’t help. Preferable I’d like to set the background to other material.

You can set the image texture to Clip or have a transparent pixel on the border of the texture
