Pysics engine, Fluid sim, Cloth sim, & Soft bodies

From what I can tell it is not possible for say a dropping ball (record game engine IPOs) and a fluid sim to interact and “act” on each other. One cool feature of blender would be to bake fluid, cloth, and soft bodies while recording the ipos of the game engine. Everything could interact and would be very life like. (is this possible???:confused:)
