Question about Transformation - Align Objects.

Hi.

In object mode there is an option in Transformation
called Align Objects.
My question is how exactly do you use it?

If you want your object to be centered on the 3D cursor(or any other active object) then click ‘Align Objects’ and in the little panel below the Tool Shelf you can specify how you want to align it. If I wanted an object to center on the 3D cursor, I would click “Centers” on the Align Mode menu, then select ‘X’, ‘Y’, and ‘Z’.

Thanks I never really noticed that till today.
By the way is there a hot key for it?
