Cat - Kitty, pussy
Dog - doggy
Bird - birdy (?)
Hare - ?

According to this, a baby hare is called a ‘Leveret.’

If you mean a baby name, as in what a baby would call it, it would be ‘bunny’ or ‘bunny rabbit’. Children, and most adults, do not know the difference between hares and rabbits.

Good point about rabbit-hare distinctions in English-speaking world. Always wonder, how different the languages – and the thoughts behind them are.

Or my personal favorite “bunbun”

I believe that, a baby rabbit at least, is called a kit. Not too sure if hares are the same.
