question on baking ao map.

can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong. I hope the photo below helps. I had sculpted a nice looking coat. And then i retop it. Now im trying to transfer my high poly coat details to my low poly coat. But when i do that i get this ugly looking ao map. I tried playing with the bias. But nothings is working. anyone have any ideas> thx in advance.
