Questions about modeling in Blender Alpha

I have two questions about modeling in the Alpha.

1.When I hit the K keyboard shortcut, I get no cutting menu. Is there a new way to access these tools?
2.When I hit the Shift P I get no quick render. Is this accessed in some other way?

Sorry if these are stupid questions.

Not all tools are yet implemented. Press T and look at the bottom of the tool shelf for tool parameters.
Preview is not implemented.

To get cut to work, select the edges or faces you want to cut, hold down K and left click&drag to cut the mesh along the dragged line. It might take a minute to get the hang of it.

I don’t think Preview is in 2.5. Yet.
