i got a question, say a got a mesh of a TV and i want it to display what another camera sees on it or what ever, would that be possible?
That would be nice indeed! But I have no idea if this is possible… 
The BGE can’t do “render to texture” currently.
When OGRE is finally intergrated it may or may be not be able to do this. You could ask Snailrose this as he’s doing the OGRE intergration.
