He mentions blender.org so I assume for some reason he wants to change his username on that site. This site has nothing to do with blender.org so posting in this sites support forum will be of no use. Alternatively he’s talking about changing his username on this site which would mean he has no clue where he is on the internet !

^Yeah, you can’t change your name from there on this website. If you want to change your name here, do what MediumSolid said. If you want to change your name on Blender.org like stated in the OP, go there instead.
