Would someone tell me what Blender calls the add-on tabs that I’ve circled in the screen capture below? I’m trying to modify the colors like I did with the Workspace tabs and I’m having trouble locating that in Preferences.

3D View > Theme Space > Tab section
Is it possible to chose a different text color like the top (workspace) tab bar?
Yes, it is possible. Not sure which one, so good luck trying each
