This is a little 2D-Radar screen Hud.
For performance reason this is no Overlay-Collection but 2D-Objects placed at Camera-perspective compensated position.
Radar:
object with property "Radar_Reference" is the radar center reference (here the player body has it)
objects with property "indicate" == True are indicated
MouseWheel Up/Down: Radar zoom
SPACE key: Radar On/Off
