radiosity howto?

Hello, everyone:

I'm trying to get a mesh with pre-rendered shadows, as I could do before with the Radiosity button. Now that option is gone, and I was wondering if there is some other way to get the same result. I've been searching with no success.

I would really appreciate any help on this. Thank you.

radiosity has been replaced by ‘indirect lighting’ which can be activated in the world buttons. just toggle it on and give an emit value to a material.
