Can anyone tell me how i can achieve a realistic rain effect? I tried doing the tutorial off of blender3d.rg but it wont rain, and i messed with z values and normal, and i cant download the file. The only access i have to internet is school but the block EVERYTHING, you cant save anything from the internet or even right click.
ya even me everything is blocked at my school.We jus use proxes like vtunnel.Go to google and search vtunnel and click on the second link.Or go to proxe.info.Sry…i jus noe this stuff:o 
Oh and you dont have to save.Just open the file and then when it opens try saving it then.It’ll work!
