I have had a reocurring problem with a number of projects when rendering animations. Every frame is adding memory usage to RAM and the Page file system, after about 100 frames Blender glitches and starts re-rendering the same frame repetitively due to a lack of RAM. Is there a way to dump the junk before it becomes a problem? I don’t need render data stored for frame 1 when rendering frame 100.
Should be cleared automatically at the end of each frame. If the file isn’t too big post it up for someone to look at. It could be the file, it could be a local issue.
The file is kind of large (50mb), would it be all right if the geometry in it was reduced for uploading? Or perhaps there is some relevant data that should be posted?
