Um… Sure! gets easily distracted.
I’ve only seen ramen in Naruto.
I cant eat them anymore,
Too much sodium…
But back when I did, I loved this:
1 package Chicken Ramen (shrimp works too in a pinch)
3 sprig of green onion, chopped finely
1 pickled Jalapeno pepper, Dice , no seeds or stem
1 slice Ham, dice up
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 small drip, Sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Fresh is best. 1/2 if dried.
1/4 cup fresh parsley, Chopped extremely fine
1 Egg (optional)
Boil 2 1/2 cups of water… make sure it is a vigorous boil.
Add everything except noodles and egg…stir in 30 seconds to a minuet.
Crack egg into liquid, and stir fast with a fork, or chopsticks untill egg bits are firm.
Remove from heat, and flavor packet add then noodles.
Cover immediately… let stand 5-7 minutes. uncover, stir, and recover for 1-3 minutes (Longer if you like mushy noodles)
serves 1 person
Great for recovery from alcohol abuse.
