Randomise animation offset of crowd from instances

Hi guys, I’m wondering how to use animation nodes to randomise keyframe start of a crowd.
Let’s say I have walkcycle animation human, I want to make it 1000 instances for example (particles or geometry nodes, gn preferable) and offset randomly keyframe so they have different look. Is it even possible?
