Real World Scale for Textures?

In 3Ds Max/FStorm you can put the real world dimensions for the tiling:
real world scale

So you know your fabric-texture is 90 cm x 90 cm, u can put this numbers for the tiling and your texture has the perfect scale on the model.

Is this possible in Blender?

Thanks for the Link, it works. Unfortunately not as comfortable as with 3DS Max / FStorm.
