Base mesh modeled in Wings, sculpted in ZBrush. Reimported Level 2 subd into blender, remodeled certain areas. Reimported model in ZBrush, finished it up.
Very nice topology. I think this looks weird for some reason though, it might be that the neck is rather “fat” and the face is skinny.
Just slap a good skin shader on this and it will surely look awesome
