I have exceeded the vertex limit (again :x ) trying to make some good grass, so I switched over to particles.
Does anybody have some settings that will make some really good grass. I already have the emitter mesh set up, it is just awaiting a good material and good settings.
I haven’t done this in a really long time, but does this help?

That’s what you get when you post in a very very very old thread. To solve this, never post in an old threat again, but start a new one with a link to the old one inside…
So how does that fix a broken link? What’s the difference? Why ref a thread in a new one when you can simply post in the original? As long as these unlocked ancient threads get listed in the related threads box at the bottom of the page they are going to be constantly clicked on and replied to. Btw there’s absolutely no info in this thread. It should be deleted.
Edwin you can probably find some good settings / tips about growing grass in other threads -do a search if you haven’t already.
