Realtime interaction with Soft body?

From Blender 2.6 Wiki: “The option Continue Physics in the Playback menu of the Timeline window lets you interact in realtime with the simulation”.

There is no ‘Continue Physics’ option in the Playback menu. Is there another menu for realtime option?

BTW, can softbody work on selected vertices only?

Nevermind, there IS realtime interaction during the animation.
