Just something I whipped up to demonstrate how rigid body constraints work = ) Not sure if im going to use this scale in my Bullet Physics Contest entry yet.
Please note that in order for this to work you must run it in Blender RC2 or later.
Happy Blending Everyone!
Edit: The simulation runs kinda funny sometimes depending on how many crates you use, so if anyone makes any modifications on this to make it run better, please post it here, it will benefit those in the community seeking to learn about rigid body constraints. = )
cool simulation, played with it, changing the number of crates and all…a very funky situation happens when you put 3 cubes in each scale :D…the scales start escillating wildly and drops all the cubes ehehe (happens also with two cubes, with four looks more stable).
Thanks for taking the time to download it, and thanks for your feedback. I’m not sure how to fix the crazyness that results from putting 3 cubes on it. Maybe it has to do with the bounds or something… I dunno, i’ll expirement with it and see if i can make it better.
